Excellent experience with ISURV.
We are first time buyers with no experience.
The survey was completed quickly and was very thorough covering off all areas of concern which we had about the property.
We would gladly recommend ISURV to friends.

I highly recommend iSurv for your structural survey. They are extremely professional, very accommodating, and genuinely easy to deal with. I needed an urgent house survey, contacted iSurv, explained my situation, and within a week I already had the full report. They were amazing, and truly dependable. I really appreciate the help and support they provided.

Excellent service, we had an issue with the logistics for the viewing and iSurv was able to support and at the end everything went well! 100% recommended.

I paid 1200 for a survey. The roof wasn’t inspected and water utilities (toilets, showers etc) weren’t tested as the water wasn’t turned on in the house.

I would have hoped for a complete package for 1200. I was left with a recommendation to organise a roofer and plumber to further inspect the house despite no faults found on the isurv inspection.

Outstanding level of service!

I can't recommend iSurv enough! Dealt with Tom and the team—they were amazingly friendly, efficient, and professional throughout.

The survey was done super quickly and the report detail was unbelievable—thorough, clearly explained, and full of practical recommendations, timelines, and trade contacts. The follow-up call with Tom was brilliant and answered every single question we had.

Absolutely top-tier service from start to finish. Thank you!

Excellent service from Ciaran at iSurv. The survey was very thorough and detailed, and he was extremely helpful and responsive to my follow-up questions. Very professional, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone!

We had isurv come and perform the snagging for us on a new build. Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the service. Firstly the snag report was meant to be sent to us after the job being done within next day, for which I had to reach out to the company multiple times to receive it causing delays for us. And secondary, the amount of issues that were missed during their survey is just overwhelming. We booked the company thinking the professionals know better what to look out for in new builds but it was not the case.
