 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I paid 1200 for a survey. The roof wasn’t inspected and water utilities (toilets, showers etc) weren’t tested as the water wasn’t turned on in the house.

I would have hoped for a complete package for 1200. I was left with a recommendation to organise a roofer and plumber to further inspect the house despite no faults found on the isurv inspection.

Firstly the snag report was meant to be sent to us after the job being done within next day, for which I had to reach out to the company multiple times to receive it causing delays for us. And secondary, the amount of issues that were missed during their survey is just overwhelming. We booked the company thinking the professionals know better what to look out for in new builds but it was not the case.
